Products may contain both natural and synthetic ingredients, including fragrance oils, essential oils, botanical extracts, aroma compounds, and preservatives. 

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product at any time without notice. 

3. Product Use


Our products are intended for lawful use only. 

Customers agree to: 

  • Follow all instructions and warnings provided.


  • Use products only as intended.


  • Store products safely and away from children and pets.


  • Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin.


  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs.


Fragrances by Chi is not responsible for any misuse, abuse, improper application, or improper storage of products. 

4. Allergy & Adverse Reaction Disclaimer**


Our products contain both natural and synthetic ingredients that may cause allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, respiratory reactions, or other adverse effects in certain individuals. 

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

Our products are intended solely for fragrance and cosmetic purposes. 

Statements made on our website, packaging, marketing materials, or social media have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration unless specifically stated. 

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Prior to making any abrupt changes or discontinuing medical care, it’s essential to discuss with a medical professional.

6. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Due to hygiene, health, and safety concerns, we do not accept:

This policy applies to all products, whether opened or unopened. 

Refunds or replacements may be considered solely at our discretion if:

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include photographs demonstrating the issue. 

Failure to provide timely notice may result in denial of the claim.
